a) Research Partners
To connect you with relevant market research opportunities, we work with trusted third-party market research firms ("Research Partners"). We may share the following information with these partners:
- Your unique ID number (UID).
- General demographic information, such as zip code, gender, education level, employment information, and lifestyle or consumer habits.
We will never share your name, email address, or phone number with Research Partners. Information shared with Research Partners is used to match you with surveys, conduct audience analytics, and enhance research data quality.
b) Survey Commissioners
Any information you voluntarily provide within a survey may be shared with the entity that commissioned that survey. We will not disclose your personally identifiable information to any client other than the specific commissioner of the survey you participated in.
c) Legal and Regulatory Disclosures
We may disclose your personal data to law enforcement or other public authorities when required by law, to comply with a legal obligation, or for purposes such as crime prevention. We will only do so to the extent legally required.
d) Business Transfers
In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of all or part of our business, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction.
